What should our policy be regarding AirBNB and other short-term rentals in Fountain Valley?
Ban them completely.
There is a major problem with street parking in our city, especially in areas where there are apartment dwellings nearby. How do you plan to address that issue, especially considering state housing mandates and projects like Slater Investments?
Require more parking spaces for new developments.

Increase TOT
Should Fountain Valley increase its TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) from 9% to 10% to be at the same level as nearby cities?
Yes (increase TOT tax)
Additional statement:
I believe the city is on the right track for dealing with the homeless issue but there is still more to be done with getting individuals the help they need.
As the city’s population continues to grow we need to look at building a third fire station for the safety of our community and we also need to look at developing a community emergency response team ( CERT ) to help our community first responders in a large scale emergency.
